Nep Nep is the traditional name given to the Acacia nilotica also called red gum tree. This tree of the Fabaceae family is native to East Africa and West Asia. It is also found mainly in West Africa. Especially in Senegal where he quickly found an enchanting place as a medicinal plant.

Nep nep seeds quickly became a woman's friend and are mainly used for feminine hygiene. But also as an aphrodisiac.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF NEP NEP?

•Nep Nep seeds have several virtues:

•They help eliminate bad vaginal odors. They are also useful in cases of abnormal white discharge as well as against itching,

HOW TO USE Nep Nep SEEDS?

There are many different ways to use this African seed

FOR AN INTIMATE TOILET

•Wash about 5 seeds carefully (open the cluster and put the nep nep seeds as well as the cluster itself),

•Boil in 1 liter of water for 30 to 45 min, recover the juice obtained,

•Let it cool and use it (lukewarm) each time you use the toilet after rinsing with clean water.

IN EGG

Mix the NEP NEP powder in a little shea butter and put everything in plastic wrap which you keep in the freezer.

The ovum is to be placed in the evening at bedtime, the dissolution will take place during the night with a flow at the lever,

NB: It is advisable to wear protection and avoid intercourse during use.

IN TISANE

Add the nep nep seeds (it is even recommended to add 2 vetiver roots to enhance the benefits) in boiling water and let boil for about 10 minutes.

Filter the water before consuming hot.

This infusion can be consumed every morning, preferably on an empty stomach, and in the evening, after the last meal.
